My interest in mosaic started 7 years ago and although, at first, it was just a hobby, it has developed into a 'proper' job with many different projects and opportunities opening up to me.
My work now is very varied. As well as teaching in schools and in my own studio, I lead workshops for organisations such as The National Trust, local colleges and established craft centres.
My commission work includes private and commercial clients - the work ranging from coats of arms and business logos to individual, bespoke designs!
Trying to match the ideas of the customer with what is possible to translate into mosaic design can be challenging and very satisfying.
